ENTREE/SOUP

  • Soup of the Moment
  • Cajun chicken skewers with coz lettuce, crispy bacon and garlic infused croutons dressed with a Caesar dressingand topped with a poached egg and grana padano.
  • Bruschetta – toasted garlic infused focaccia topped with tomato, Spanish onion, kalamatta olives and marinated bocconcinni, served with citrus dressed rocket.
  • Fried salt and pepper calamari served with rocket, cucumber, spanish onion and citrus dressing with a side of lime aioli

MAINS

  • 250g porterhouse cooked medium, served with rosemary and garlic chats, green beans and a red wine sauce
  • Pan fried Atlantic Salmon filet served on a bed of olive mash with rocket, drizzled with basil pesto
  • Baked chicken breast filled with spinach and camembert cheese and served with roasted pumpkin risotto
  • Spinach and cheese ravioli, tossed in a pumpkin cream sauce with roasted capsicum, rocket, pine nuts and shaved grana padana.

DESSERT

  • Apple and Blueberry Strudel served with Anglaise
  • Chocolate mud cake served with cream
  • Homemade Lemon Tart with Raspberry Coulis
